Works in Claude on the web and in the desktop app. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to add the connector first. Using Claude Code? Run:
claude mcp add --transport http ai-video-atlas https://mcp.aivideoatlas.com/mcp
Plan requirement: custom MCP connectors need developer mode, a beta for paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise, Edu). It's not available on Free.
Building a custom GPT instead? Go to Configure → Actions → Import from URL and use https://mcp.aivideoatlas.com/openapi.json.
https://mcp.aivideoatlas.com/openapi.json
One click: Cursor opens and asks you to confirm the install.
Add to Cursor
Or add it by hand to ~/.cursor/mcp.json:
~/.cursor/mcp.json
{"mcpServers":{"ai-video-atlas":{"url":"https://mcp.aivideoatlas.com/mcp"}}}
Gemini CLI (free): run
gemini mcp add --transport http ai-video-atlas https://mcp.aivideoatlas.com/mcp
Gemini app: custom connected apps are limited to Gemini Spark on personal Google accounts in the US (18+). If you have it, add a custom app with the URL below. Gems can't connect to outside tools.
Paste this into your Grok Bot chat:
Add this MCP server: name aivideoatlas, URL https://mcp.aivideoatlas.com/mcp (no key needed).
Grok Bot confirms before adding it, and the Atlas tools are available from your next message. No sign-in or key is needed.
Any MCP client: use the URL below (streamable HTTP, no auth). For plain HTTP, use the REST API and its OpenAPI spec.
curl "https://mcp.aivideoatlas.com/v1/find_shot?query=drone+shot&limit=3"
OpenAPI · Agent guide. Free, about 60 requests a minute.
Paste this into a new chat. Your agent should call Atlas's plan_shots tool and come back with a shot-by-shot plan: a model, an adapted prompt and a cost for each shot, plus a total.
Use AI Video Atlas to plan a 3-shot perfume ad under $5: a wide shot of the bottle on black marble, then a close-up of golden mist, then a slow push-in on the logo. Give me the model, prompt and cost for each shot.
No sign of Atlas in the reply? Check that the connector is turned on for the chat, or see the full setup guide.
